Breath of Life: Breathwork & Integration
Time: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Description: A guided breathwork journey to transform stored emotions, increase self-awareness, and access deep relaxation. Using techniques such as Shamanic Breathing, Biodynamic Breathwork, and Box Breathing, this session invites you to shift:
Each week, we’ll explore a different emotional theme through movement, music, and guided breathwork. These themes offer a gentle focus, but each session is a space to welcome whatever arises, allowing for a unique and personal experience:

What You May Experience During Breathwork
Breathwork can bring a range of physical, emotional, and energetic sensations. Some may feel deeply emotional, while others experience calm and clarity. You might notice:
🌬️ Physical Sensations – Tingling, temperature shifts, muscle tightness, or a floating sensation.
💫 Emotional & Mental Shifts – Release of stored emotions (tears, laughter), vivid memories, deep relaxation, or a sense of peace.
🔮 Energetic & Spiritual Awareness – Heightened intuition, expanded awareness, or symbolic imagery.
Every session is unique, and you are encouraged to breathe through whatever arises with self-compassion.
