Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and restoration through Restorative Yoga, Reiki, and Sound Healing. This practice is designed to gently soothe the nervous system, create space for rest, and invite a sense of ease and balance.
What to Expect
🌿 Restorative Yoga – A slow, supported practice where your body is held by props, allowing for deep rest and nervous system regulation. This practice soothes stress, promotes relaxation, and gently encourages the release of physical and emotional tension.
✨ Reiki Energy Healing – A subtle yet powerful energetic practice that promotes balance and relaxation. Reiki works on an energetic level to help restore harmony and encourage a deep sense of inner calm.
🎶 Sound Bath – The vibrations of singing bowls and other soothing instruments guide you into a meditative state, calming the mind, relaxing the body, and creating a space for deep inner stillness. Sound healing has been known to reduce stress, improve sleep, and enhance feelings of peace.
