Session Times: 9:30–11:00am OR 11.30-1.00pm
Format: 90-minute guided practice with simple standing and gentle forms all suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.
Investment: AU$250 for a 10-session block (incl. GST). Equivalent to $25 per class.
